Essential Functions

This position is responsible for: Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities. Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior.

Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position. Maintaining accuracy in picking orders. Maintaining proper product rotation. Checking all codes and stock in area. Maintaining a clean workstation at all times, including cardboard boxes. Getting empty cases for building of by-products. Getting tags for identifying stacks for loading.

Taking all leakers to the reprocess area. Notifying Supervisor and/or Filler Operator if the leakers are coming from the plant. Maintaining appropriate dress and personal appearance standards. Knowing, understanding and adhering to all Company policies and procedures. Promoting and maintaining Company goodwill in all areas.

Assisting others and performing other tasks as appropriate and/or necessary. Other responsibilities as assigned. Salary Range: $29.21
