Provide destination information, travel recommendations, and booking options. Support clients throughout the planning and booking process. Travel Research & Booking. Research travel options including accommodations, transportation, cruises, attractions, and events. Help coordinate travel arrangements for leisure vacations, sporting events, concerts, and special occasions.

Stay informed about popular destinations, travel trends, and industry promotions. Utilize travel supplier tools and resources to identify travel opportunities. Customer Service & Relationship Building. Deliver professional, responsive customer service. Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

Follow up with travelers before and after their trips. Help create memorable travel experiences that encourage repeat business and referrals. What We're Looking For. Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, sports, or entertainment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable using computers, email, and online tools. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. No prior travel industry experience required.
