Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Licensed Required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING) Applicants must: Hold an active SLPA license (or be eligible for licensure) in Virginia Have completed all required education and clinical requirements for SLPA practice Applicants without this credential will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Implement speech therapy treatment plans under SLP supervision Work with children on communication, language, and social skills Support therapy sessions in both individual and group-based settings Document sessions and track progress Collaborate with therapists and team members Schedule Flexible, based on caseload Opportunities for part-time or contractor hours Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and role responsibilities Ideal Candidate Licensed SLPA with pediatric experience Strong engagement and play-based interaction skills Comfortable working in dynamic, active environments Team-oriented and adaptable Salary $25 - $40 per hour
