Label Technician - Manufacturing - $2,000 Sign On Bonus - FIRST Shift

Are you a detail-oriented leader who enjoys balancing hands-on production work with operational coordination? Join our team as a Label Technician, where you will oversee the daily needs of our label department while helping ensure materials, equipment, and production schedules stay on track. In this role, you will support training and staffing efforts, manage inventory activities, maintain label and pack out printers, prepare label components for production, and ensure accurate inventory transactions.

You will also collect and report key production metrics, drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, and help create a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and enjoy leading by example, we would love to hear from you!
