  • Coordinate with commissioning agents, general contractors, owners, electricians, QA/Cx personnel, and field leadership
  • Ensure work aligns with NFPA 70E and applicable OSHA electrical safety requirements

What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, technically strong Energy Marshal who has previously supported data center electrical systems and understands the risks associated with LV/MV distribution, switching, LOTO, commissioning, and system energization.

Success in this position requires the ability to independently assess whether electrical systems are truly ready for energization, identify unresolved deficiencies, coordinate across construction and commissioning teams, and confidently issue Go/No-Go decisions based on safety and technical readiness rather than schedule pressure.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with electricians, commissioning agents, QA/Cx teams, general contractors, owners, and field leadership while maintaining clear authority over the energization process.

Apply Today

Qualified candidates should submit a resume for immediate review.

Please ensure your resume clearly reflects experience with data center Energy Marshal responsibilities, LV/MV electrical distribution systems, NFPA 70E, NETA acceptance testing, electrical commissioning, MOPs, switching plans, LOTO, energization/de-energization, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and equipment turnover.
