Chemical Engineer

RBC Bearings is seeking a Chemical Engineer who will be report to the New Product and Process Development Group Manager. This position is responsible for the development, testing, and validation of new products and their associated manufacturing processes. The Chemical Engineer will primarily work on products and components related to RBC self-lubricating liner products which involve resin, structural and lubricant fillers, composites, improvements in adhesion.

Additional development projects include development and troubleshooting of lubricants (greases and oils), bearing seals, cleaning and plating baths, as well as other chemical processes.
