Embodied AI Solutions Engineer

Participate in the pre-sales process, understand and break down customer requirements, lead the design of deliverable solutions, and prepare project quotations.

Take end-to-end ownership of embodied AI data projects, covering requirements definition, project planning, schedule, quality, cost, acceptance, and final delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-time project delivery and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including algorithms, engineering, technical operations, and internal and external partners to drive efficient collaboration and successful project execution.

Establish regular communication mechanisms with overseas customers, provide periodic project updates, proactively respond to customer feedback and requirements, and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-functional dependencies, project risks, and potential delivery issues to ensure smooth and stable project execution.

Establish and continuously improve project delivery standards, processes, and best practices, driving their standardization and scalable replication across projects.

Work closely with overseas customers and internal teams across different time zones and cultural backgrounds, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, or a related field.​

3+ years of project management experience. Experience in autonomous driving, embodied AI, robotics, AI data, or other technology-driven project delivery is highly preferred.​

Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution capabilities, with the ability to drive results and resolve complex issues in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.​

Excellent customer communication and relationship management skills, with strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and resilience under pressure.​

Strong English communication skills, with the ability to independently communicate with overseas customers in English, conduct project meetings, and manage day-to-day project communications.​

Experience working with international customers or global project teams is a strong plus. Experience working across different time zones and cultures is preferred.
