S&OP Demand Manager - Remote Position

Covia is looking for a dynamic S&OP Demand Manager who will work with Industrial Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning and have a positive impact on the SIOP team. As a S&OP Demand Manager you will be responsible for forecasting all Covia demand using a variety of tools including the Covia SIOP statistical forecasting tool(python) and Power BI, Excel, Covia Sales Power BI, IFS, and more.

The position requires strong analytical skills, strong attention to detail, an entrepreneurial drive, influence and communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute complex plans in support of business, customer, and manufacturing strategies. The Demand Manager will exhibit leadership skills and qualities and may lead a demand management team as the Covia Industrial SIOP process evolves.
