A Day In The Life

No two shifts are exactly the same—and that's one of the best parts of working at Via 313! As a Cashier / Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first smile our guests see and the last impression they leave with. During your shift, you'll: Welcome guests with genuine Detroit-style hospitality Take guest orders accurately and efficiently Prepare beverages and assist with guest needs Answer questions about our menu and make recommendations Package to-go and delivery orders with care Help keep the dining room, front counter, and beverage station clean and organized Work alongside an amazing team to keep service running smoothly Create an experience that keeps guests coming back Whether you're greeting a first-time guest or welcoming back one of our regulars, you'll help create the welcoming atmosphere that makes Via 313 special.
