What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a patient in their home during a 12-hour shift
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care
• Monitor and document the patient's condition and progress
• Report changes to the RN case manager
• Follow infection control standards, HIPAA and agency protocols

What you need

• Active Florida LPN license or compact license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Level 2 background screening (we'll help you complete it)
• Reliable transportation
