Service Manager - Enclave At Roswell

The service manager oversees all maintenance operations at Enclave at Roswell, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and work order completion. This role requires strong HVAC expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and experience maintaining older or vintage multifamily properties.

The service manager will lead the maintenance team, manage vendors, respond to emergencies, and help ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well maintained.
