Build valuable skills: Gain experience in customer service, teamwork, food preparation, cash handling, and restaurant operations. What You’ll Do We’ll train you to help create a great experience for our guests. Depending on your shift, you may: Welcome guests and provide fast, friendly service Make Dunkin’ coffees, beverages, food, and other menu items Prepare Jimmy John’s sandwiches and menu items Cross-train and work across both brands Take orders and accurately process transactions Help keep orders moving quickly and accurately Stock, clean, and help keep the restaurant ready for guests Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Help with opening and closing responsibilities as assigned Work together with your teammates and jump in where needed You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Bring a positive attitude to work Are dependable and ready to learn Enjoy working with people Like staying active and working in a fast-paced environment Communicate well and enjoy being part of a team Can adapt when priorities change Take pride in providing great service Are willing to learn both Dunkin’ and Jimmy John’s operations What to Expect This is an active restaurant position.

You’ll be on your feet, interacting with guests and teammates, and moving throughout your shift. The position includes: Standing for extended periods Bending, reaching, and repetitive movements Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 lbs.
