We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the operations and maintenance of Public Areas Manage the performance of Public Areas Attendants and Public Areas Technical Team, and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to Hotel guests, members and other customers Coordinate, assign, supervise and check the daily performance of public area attendants Inspect Public Areas and back-of-house areas routinely throughout the day as per established department standards, consistent with the MGM Company’s standards and brand attributes Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts; adjust schedules if necessary to meet business demands Job Requirements: At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment Possess working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSOS and other operating systems High school diploma or equivalent Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, English being an advantage
