Recruitment Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Marketing Manager to build and lead campaigns that attract qualified candidates across Latin America.

This role combines marketing strategy, hands-on campaign execution, creative content development, and performance optimization to strengthen candidate acquisition. You will oversee multi-channel initiatives, with a strong emphasis on social media and paid advertising, to increase application volume and improve candidate quality.

Starting as the primary recruitment marketing contributor, you will have the opportunity to establish scalable processes, introduce automation, and shape the function's long-term strategy. As the team grows, you will also take on greater leadership responsibilities and help develop new talent.
