Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance activities within a manufacturing environment that produces liquid-filled products, gel packs, and cosmetic formulations. This role ensures that production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure are maintained in a safe, compliant, and operationally efficient condition to support continuous manufacturing operations across three (3) shifts.

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees a maintenance team of approximately twelve (12) employees, manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Safety to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production objectives.
