Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Manager

Lead corporate finance activities, including fundraising, financing, financial structuring, and strategic transactions. Develop financial models, projections, and forecasts to support business planning, investment decisions, and corporate finance initiatives. Analyze financial performance, market trends, and key business drivers, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Lead Investor Relations activities and manage relationships with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other key stakeholders. Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, and external disclosures. Support capital markets initiatives and strategic corporate projects, including preparation of investor materials and coordination with external advisors.

Conduct industry, market, and competitor analysis to support business strategy and corporate finance decisions. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information and disclosures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. 7+ years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial/leadership role. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, and accounting. Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Strong understanding of capital markets, Investor Relations, corporate actions, and strategic corporate finance transactions; experience in capital markets-related projects is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Placement: Karawang, West Java.
