Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour , with an increase to $17.00 per hour after 90 days based on performance and attendance Job Description: Our client is seeking dependable individuals to work as Warehouse Receivers/Scanners/Unloaders at their rug distribution warehouse in Houston, TX 77016 . This role involves hands-on warehouse operations — unloading, sorting, organizing, packing, shipping, and racking rugs ranging in weight from 5 to 55 lbs throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including familiarity with WMS systems, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and repetitive motion work. Shift: 1st Shift — Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (may vary depending on operational needs) Job Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: This job requires you to have your own reliable transportation to get to work every day.

Handle rugs weighing between 5 and 55 lbs. safely and efficiently throughout the day. Unload trucks and trailers, scan, sort, and organize incoming products. Prepare rugs for packing, shipping, and storage. Pick, pull, and stage products to match delivery or shipment orders. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

Assist with inventory accuracy through sorting, labeling, and spot-checking. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Job Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for the entire shift. Must be comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing rugs weighing up to 55 lbs.
