GenAI Developer (Azure AI, SLMs, Chatbots & GraphQL) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions using Azure AI services. Build and fine-tune Small Language Models (SLMs) for domain-specific business use cases. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using Azure AI Search, Vector Databases, and Azure OpenAI.

Create GraphQL APIs to expose enterprise data securely and efficiently to AI applications. Integrate chatbots with Microsoft Azure services such as: Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Foundry Azure AI Search Azure Functions Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Azure Cosmos DB Azure API Management Microsoft Graph APIs Implement prompt engineering, orchestration workflows, and agentic AI patterns.

Build conversational AI solutions using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, Lang. Chain, Lang. Graph, or Auto. Gen. Develop secure authentication and authorization using Azure Entra ID (Azure AD). Monitor AI application performance, cost optimization, latency, and model governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver scalable solutions.
