Recycling Operator II- Night Shift (2,2,3 schedule)

The AZEK Company/Return Polymers Wilmington division is seeking an experienced Recycling Operator II to join our Recycling team. The Operator II is an advanced-level machine operator responsible for independently operating key processing equipment, maintaining efficient material flow, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting safe, high-quality production. Unlike an entry-level operator position, the Operator II requires previous industrial equipment experience and demonstrated ability to independently operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes. This role works across multiple recycling processes, including material processing, pulverizing, batching, and extrusion. This position reports to the Recycling Production Supervisor.
