Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kroger Co (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status). Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business and operational initiatives. Research industry trends, new technologies, products, and best practices to support energy reduction project development and decision-making. Maintain project trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders. Support cross-functional projects by gathering information, tracking progress, and coordinating deliverables. Analyze data, identify key findings, and communicate recommendations to team members. Respond to requests for information, support materials, and project updates in a timely manner. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned projects and tasks. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall team efficiency. Complete and present a cumulative presentation summarizing internship accomplishments and key learnings.
