Responsibilities

Key Skills Required: • High Impact Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. • Consultative Approach: Ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide expert consultation, and design customized compliance solutions. • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, from scoping and planning to execution and deployment. • Risk Management: Expertise in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to regulatory compliance. • Technology Integration: Familiarity with software solutions, platforms, and tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field. A master’s degree in management is a plus • Experience: 12+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, process excellence, and related field. • Certifications: o Mandatory - Lean Six Sigma Certification o Desirable - Industry certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, PMP • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with RPA automation platforms, ERP systems, AI / ML technologies, process modeling tools. • Domain Knowledge: In depth Domain Knowledge in at least one industry domain
