Controller

The Controller is directly responsible for the daily, monthly and annual accounting for the companies that they have been assigned. These responsibilities include maintenance of the general ledgers and subledgers, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and maintenance of fixed assets records for the assigned companies.

They will have primary responsibility for coordination of the annual audit for their assigned companies. The Controller may be assigned responsibility for administrative areas which encompass all Companies (i.e. cash management, payroll transfers, monthly revenue production analysis, etc.)
