[Role Overview] We are looking for a seasoned in-house counsel to join our team. You will serve as the primary legal contact for the business team, supporting commercial contracts and handling disputes, litigation, and day-to-day legal matters. ----------------------------- [Key Responsibilities] ・Contracts Legal Advice: Act as the main point of contact for the business team on legal matters.

Review a wide range of contracts and draft legal documents to reduce legal risk and enable business initiatives. ・Dispute Resolution Litigation: Manage and handle disputes and litigation, including intellectual property, consumer, and labor matters. ・Compliance: Ensure the business complies with laws and regulations applicable to the e-commerce industry, including data privacy, consumer protection, advertising regulations, payment, and intellectual property.

Monitor and track e-commerce-related legal and regulatory developments.
