Assist in the coordination and administration of environmental programmes, initiatives, meetings, workshops, including preparation of meeting materials, tracking of action items, and documentation.
Support the management and maintenance of environmental records, databases, trackers, reports, and document repositories e.g. historical and latest EIA & EAMP uploading into HIRA EIA Module to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of environmental data and information to support reporting, technical assessments, studies, and management decision-making.
Support follow-up and tracking of environmental action items, deliverables, and commitments
Coordinate / follow up / tracking with focal persons and stakeholders on action items, data requests, and submission of environmental-related information and deliverables.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of the Environment team.
