Job description
As our Patient Recruitment Manager at Innovative Trials you are a customer oriented professional with a strong results-driven approach. The overarching goal of the Patient Recruitment Manager is to own and nurture relationships and opportunities with existing clients and build them into long-term profitable ones. You will be responsible for managing multiple complex Patient Recruitment and Retention studies, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards.
Empowerment, Execution, and Growth Operational Excellence: Translate high-level strategy into actionable workflows, ensuring project teams deliver a seamless, "world-class service" to all internal and external stakeholders. Agile Performance Management: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating honest feedback loops and removing roadblocks, ensuring the team remains nimble and outcome-focused.
Ensuring all HR processes, 121’s and performance management is followed Team Engagement: Create a "safe home" for the team where diverse perspectives are heard, ensuring high retention and an environment where top talent chooses to stay and grow. Project Management and Governance Lead internal teams to deliver projects "In Full, On Time, and Within Budget".
Enforce strict adherence to company/client policies and regulatory requirements throughout the whole project lifecycle. Including managing the full suite of project documentation, from initial start-up to final reporting. Collaborate with clients to define and monitor KPIs and project milestones. Design and deploy rapid-response contingency plans whenever performance metrics deviate from targets to ensure seamless project recovery.
Financial & Profitability Management Direct all financial aspects of programs, including forecasting, invoicing, and change orders. Manage vendor relations, ensuring all task orders and quotes are accurately executed. Oversee vendor performance and escalate operational bottlenecks in real-time to maintain project momentum.
Enhance study profitability by strategically delegating roles and balancing team workloads. Strategic Problem Solving & Operations Oversee the execution of multi-channel deliverables (materials development, translation, fulfilment and digital). Identify and implement efficiencies to improve departmental margins, including supporting SOP and process changes.
Serve as a key mentor in the onboarding and technical training of new team m Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. At least 2 years experience managing materials development and/or patient recruitment projects. Including an understanding of GCP and its application.
Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral Ability to multitask, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multi regional projects Experience working with Google Suite and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
