Job description
Summit Property Management is hiring Leasing Superstars for all Fort Worth communities. Apply Today!Must have at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities:(include, but are not limited to). Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community. Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/models.
Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic. Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate. Assist prospects in applying online. Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes. Listen to all resident & prospect requests, complaints, and comments. Partner with the Marketing team on all marketing initiatives Complete market surveys.
Complete monthly Training. All duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred1+ years of on-site leasing experience. Bilingual preferred (Spanish). Possesses superior customer service attitude. Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
One-Site experience preferred. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Physical Demands: The job is prominently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time.
