Help Desk Technician - Lehigh Valley, PA

Job Details: Level: Entry, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $40000.00 - $52000.00Salary/year, Job Shift: Day, Do You Enjoy Solving Technical Problems? Watchkeep is looking for a Help Desk Technician who enjoys diagnosing IT issues, identifying root causes, and finding reliable solutions. This is a hands-on, onsite technical position.

We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how technology works, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of solving problems. This isn't a script-driven call center role. We value technical thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

Work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve Windows hardware, software, and desktop issues. Troubleshoot network connectivity, user access, and endpoint problems. Configure, image, and deploy Windows computers and applications. Investigate technical issues and identify root causes. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.

What You'll Need

Familiarity with Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and Active Directory. Experience with desktop hardware, software, and application support. Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills. IT degree, certifications, or related experience preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client travel. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Why Watchkeep?
