Ezio’s is a boutique Italian steakhouse specializing in dry-aged meats, handmade pastas, and a curated natural wine and spirits program. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional dining experience rooted in craft, integrity, and hospitality to bring a Michelin caliber dining experience that feels both elevated and personal.

We are seeking hardworking, detail-oriented Porters to join our opening team. As a porter at Ezio’s, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen and facilities. This position is an essential part of the restaurant’s success and offers opportunities for growth within a respected hospitality group.

What We’re Looking For: Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and take initiative - always looking for the next project Organized and efficient, with a consistent sense of urgency Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional kitchen environment Requirements and Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces Sweep, mop, squeegee, and manage trash and recycling areas efficiently throughout service Support with deliveries including receiving, organizing, and storing products safely and neatly Assist with deep cleaning projects and equipment maintenance as directed by the chef or management Communicate regularly with the BOH leadership team regarding supplies, chemicals, and maintenance needs Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet Department of Health and restaurant guidelines Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and team members Previous porter, stewarding, or kitchen experience preferred but not required
