Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this position serves as an integral part of the Tacodeli Human Resources team. The HRBP is charged with aligning Tacodeli’s People Strategy with the Business Strategy. The HRBP provides leadership and guidance to the organization’s Operations team. They are responsible for assisting Operation restaurant leaders in envisioning, developing, and executing people initiatives that support growth, performance, and future objectives.
