We are looking for a Market Personal Training Manager that supports a high-performance, high-care culture that operates with speed and urgency in delivering outcomes through member experience, service, and results. They create a warm, kind, and hospitable club, allowing everyone to achieve their goals in a “no judgments” environment.
The MPTM position is a key member of our leadership team reporting to the RVP of Personal Training and is responsible for assisting the Market Partners, Managing Partners and PT Managers with daily club operations and delivering “WOW” service for team members and members alike! The MPTM is looked at as a Subject Matter Expert in everything Personal Training and will be leveraged to help grow and develop our current leaders and next level leaders.
