Starbucks Baristas- Retail (mornings)

We are seeking a friendly, service-driven Starbucks Baristas (Starbucks located inside Price Chopper) to join our team. In this role, you'll prepare handcrafted beverages and create an inviting, fast-paced coffeehouse experience-helping deliver consistent quality while building meaningful guest connections and supporting overall store success.

Key Responsibilities & Job Duties

• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, and food items to company recipe and presentation standards

• Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience

• Engage with guests, answer questions, and make product recommendations to enhance their visit and drive sales

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coffeehouse and work area

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards

• Operate POS systems, scanners, and related equipment accurately

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and minimize waste

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low or out-of-stock items to leadership

• Stay informed on promotions, seasonal beverages, and store initiatives

• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support smooth daily operations

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall store performance and guest satisfaction

• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and prep work during slower periods

• Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies and procedures

• Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities

• Remain productive and support store readiness at all times

• Other job duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Required:** High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

• Required:** Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Preferred:** Previous experience in coffee, food service, grocery, or retail environments
