The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our PRN nursing team.

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents under the direction of the care team Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions Support personalized care planning for each resident Build trusting relationships with residents and their families Communicate openly with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team Help create a supportive, respectful environment for residents What You'll Need Required: Current Illinois LPN license At least 1 year of nursing experience Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and procedures Preferred: Experience working with older adults Shifts available: Part-Time, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM PRN PRN Schedule Requirements Minimum of 4 shifts per month At least 1 weekend shift per month 1 observed holiday shift per calendar year Available shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00am Pay and Benefits $34.
