• Parking Enforcement Location: Lincoln Hours: 45 hours per week Salary: £30,771 per annum Do you have experience supervising a team? Do you have good people management skills? Do you have a full clean, UK manual driving licence? We are looking for a Parking Enforcement Team Leader to manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers in Lincolnshire. As a Team Leader, you would be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract. What will you do?: Manage your on-street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties. Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed. Review performance data to ensure contractual conditions are met and implement corrective measures M otivate, praise and develop your team Ensure KPIs are reliably met by the enforcement team Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues Set goals, conduct appraisals and ascertain training needs for operational staff Maintain and uphold client liaisons. What will you bring?: Experience as a previous civil enforcement officer or previous supervisor experience in a similar industry such as security or facilities. Be able to demonstrate team management skills including coaching, training and recruiting Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparing of reports Good written and verbal communication Hold a full clean, UK drivers licence.
