🏢 Job Title: Floor Incharge cum IT Associate Location: Nerul Department: Operations / IT Support 🎯 Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Floor Incharge cum IT Associate who will manage day-to-day floor operations along with basic IT support activities such as LAN configuration, system maintenance, and Windows updates.

The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of classrooms, systems, and technical infrastructure. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: 🏢 Floor Management Responsibilities: Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of classrooms and labs Coordinate with faculty and staff for operational requirements Ensure classroom readiness before sessions (systems, projector, internet, seating) Monitor student discipline and maintain a professional environment Maintain asset records and inventory of IT equipment Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair work 💻 IT Support Responsibilities: Basic LAN configuration and troubleshooting Internet connectivity monitoring and issue resolution Windows installation, updates, and system configuration Installing and updating software as required Printer setup and troubleshooting Managing basic hardware issues (RAM, keyboard, mouse, etc.)

Ensuring proper functioning of CCTV and biometric systems Data backup and basic system security checks 🔹 Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN, Router configuration) Understanding of Windows OS installation and updates Troubleshooting skills for hardware & software issues Good coordination and communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Office Ability to handle floor operations independently 🔹 Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT / Computer Science preferred 1–3 years experience in IT Support / Floor Management (preferred) 🔹 Preferred Candidate: Responsible and disciplined Problem-solving attitude Quick response to technical issues Ability to handle multitasking
