About the role

You’ll be part of the team that keeps us on air and running smoothly, around the clock. Working on a rotating roster - including early starts, late finishes and overnight shifts - you’ll provide first‑line technical support to teams across the country, troubleshooting issues, monitoring systems and keeping our studios and business systems performing at their best.

From responding to incidents and escalating issues where needed, to assisting with upgrades, documentation and projects, you’ll be hands‑on, detail‑focused and calm under pressure. No two shifts are the same - but every shift plays a vital role in keeping Australia listening. This role would suit someone looking to start their career in a tech role in the Media Industry!
