Installer – HVAC Entry Level Residential New Construction

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to join the R&R installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and clean craftsmanship while honing your craft.

Key Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems in new residential homes according to plans and specifications Fabricate, measure, and install ductwork and ventilation systems Place and set furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioners Perform quality checks to ensure clean craftsmanship and proper system performance Maintain a clean and safe job site; follow all safety and PPE policies Communicate effectively with builders, foremen, and supervisors Represent R&R with professionalism and customer-focused service Qualifications Valid EPA Certification Washington electrical and Idaho trainee cards Gas Mech 1 Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work in varying weather conditions. Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player Understanding of HVAC system components, refrigerant charging, and electrical troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
