Quality Assurance Specialist

Quality Assurance Specialists coordinate and conduct investigations into allegations of abuse, significant incidents, and other potential wrongdoings. They work to ensure stakeholders and programs are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance Specialists also write and implement corrective actions plans, collaborate with program leaders on quality improvement topics, assist in accreditation and certification efforts, and monitor agency performance indicators.
