Customer Success Intern - Summer 2027

The Customer Success Intern supports the Customer Success team in delivering a positive experience to external customers throughout the contract lifecycle. Working alongside Customer Success Specialists, the intern will assist with customer requests, contract-related coordination, reporting, and cross-functional follow-up while gaining practical experience in customer success and sales support operations.

This role provides an opportunity to develop foundational knowledge of customer success processes, contract lifecycle management, customer relationship management practices, and cross-functional business operations.
