Subcontactor Manager (m/f/d)

As the responsible subcontractor manager, your main task is to ensure the supply of the satellite programs with complex subcontractor equipment and subsystems. This includes in detail the following work contents: Participation in contract drafting and actively leading negotiations Leading the supplier and managing the essential reviews at the supplier during the contract period Monitoring suppliers, including ensuring compliance with specified cost frameworks, quality standards, work instructions and deadlines Evaluating supplier performance and initiating and following up on necessary measures Coordinating and leading selection committees of suitable suppliers, taking into account project-specific requirements and historical performance Coordination and negotiation of contract amendments Supporting the project management in risk management, in particular risk minimization with regard to the supplier Support of tender campaigns
