Program Training & Process Cordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Data Management Maintain a centralized master database (Google Sheet / Notion / CRM) for all VIS programs. Regularly update eligibility, cost structures, and process steps based on CEO or operations input. Coordinate with the U.S., India, and Colombia teams to confirm accuracy of every change.
2. Content Simplification & Standardization Convert complex program details into simple, presentation-ready summaries for sales and marketing use. Create short versions for website, brochures, and partner presentations (VIS blue/gold theme). Maintain document version control across Google Drive and other internal systems.
3. Internal Training & Orientation Conduct weekly or bi-weekly training sessions for new employees or departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service). Prepare PowerPoints, handouts, and FAQs for each program. Coordinate refresh training whenever a new program or update is introduced. Track participation and understanding through quizzes or feedback forms.
4. Team Support & Communication Act as the first point of contact for any internal question about a program. Share updates to all team members via WhatsApp groups, email, or Google Sheets dashboard. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all public content reflects the latest data.
5.
