Commitment to Safety : Understand food safety requirements, be mindful of allergies, and ensure every guest dines with confidence. You will be: Hospitality Experienced: Preferably with experience in medium to large restaurants; 5-star hotel experience is a bonus Guest-Centric: At least 3+ years in customer service, with a passion for creating great guest experiences Confident & Clear: Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone - including taking room service orders professionally Energetic & Reliable: Positive, proactive, and ready to lift the vibe of the team.
