HOUSEKEEPER Real Estate -- Apartment Management - Maintenance National Property Management Company seeks to hire a full time Housekeeper at a prestigious apartment community.

Position Overview

-- The housekeeper is responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas, which generally include common areas and the community's model apartment; as well as the preparation of vacant apartments. The Housekeeper reports to the General Manager and/or the Maintenance Supervisor. Job Duties : *Clean, vacuum, dust, mop and remove all trash and litter from offices, models, laundry rooms, clubhouse, equipment rooms, public hallways, stairways, breezeways, vacant apartments, restrooms and all other areas assigned. Vacant apartments must be left in rent ready condition. *Use cleaning supplies and chemicals according to OSHA and the manufacturers' directions regarding quantities and safety. *Maintain all equipments used in completion of housekeeping duties.
