What You’ll Be Doing: Connecting with patients and making them feel at home Assisting with procedures: Wire placements Appliance deliveries Bonding/Debonding Band seating Patient education Taking intraoral photos and digital scans Pouring impressions, mounting models, and fabricating Essix-type retainers/splints Maintaining sterilization protocols and cleanliness Charting electronically and supporting daily clinical operations (stocking, inventory, etc.)
