IT Support Specialist LVL 2
Job description
The Tier 2 Help Desk Technician handles escalated support requests that go beyond frontline troubleshooting, working hands-on with hardware, software, and systems issues across our office and field locations. This role works closely with Tier 1 technicians on escalations and with the IT Operations Manager on recurring issues and process improvements.
