• Inver Grove Heights, MN, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $120000.00 - $175000.00Base+Commission/year, As a Finance Manager, this role will work closely with customers, lenders, and sales team to ensure smooth and efficient financing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in auto finance, a deep understanding of industry regulations, and strong leadership abilities. Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Validate all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc., before forwarding to accounting. Provide guests with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale. Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees. Handle all rate quotations. Execute finance department targets based on monthly manufacturer and dealership objectives. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards to maintain the legality and business integrity of Dealership. Resolve any guest complaints and ensure there is resolution to the guest’s satisfaction; inform the Finance Director and General Manager if unable to rectify timely. Strong understanding of manufacturing incentive programs. Support Sales Managers, from time to time, in guest TO’s, and the covering sales information desk when Sales Managers are pulled away. Other tasks as assigned.

Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements. Adhere to the employee handbook policies and procedures.

Excellent computer skills, including Excel. Ability to achieve goals with high guest satisfaction ratings. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to influence management on process improvements.
