Facilities Manager

GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product to our customers.

GTI Values: Safety I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I Agility ROLE OVERVIEW The Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, maintenance, and operational management of GTI's Wilmington, NC facility.

This role ensures that the building, grounds, and all facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Facilities Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters, supervises maintenance activities (both in-house and contracted), manages site maintenance vendor relationships, and provides proactive planning to support current operations and future facility expansion.

This position relieves operational leadership of day-to-day building management responsibilities while maintaining high standards for employee safety, operational continuity, and asset preservation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
