#LHGWhere. You. Belong Core Responsibilities: Maintain superior cleanliness levels in all guest rooms, public areas and employee areas. Meet or exceed all productivity and expense levels as set forth in the budget process. Ensure that all Housekeeping Personnel are trained in the company approved programs. Ensure that all department employees are treated to fair and appropriate application of all company policies and procedures.

Assist in the championing of the Company Mission Statement and Hotel Mission Statement with key emphasis on Superior Guest Service and Product Quality as described in "Our Quality Pledge and Standards of Service.” Maintain an open and professional approach towards fellow managers and their departments.

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of two years of experience as an Assistant Housekeeper at a 100 plus room property Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Basic Experience: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills "Guest First/Service" Approach Strong organizational skills Knowledge and experience in budgeting and business planning.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - 45,000 per year. The actual base salary offer will be determined in good faith based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, specialized skills, qualifications, and geographic location within Virginia.
