Care Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse , BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include: Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care. Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training. Train new nursing management.
