About the Position We are hiring Personal Care Assistent/DSP's who are professional, energetic, and nurturing. You will provide hands-on support to individuals as they work on daily activities and long-term goals.Job functions specifically performed by the Personal Care Assistant include the following:Maintain individual lockers that include a change of clothing, undergarments and a change of socks.

Ensure that clothing in the lockers is appropriate for the current season. Follow the toileting schedule for each individual and tracking individual toileting outcomes in Therap. Assist with changing individuals clothing when soiled.Assist with showering individuals. Wash individual's laundry. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the individual bathroom facilities.
