Senior Project Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our team in Edwards AFB, CA We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels. Position Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, and execute the program plans to meet defined objectives Collaborate with U.S. Air Force and internal stakeholders to ensure project plans align with contractual requirements and operational needs Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM), responsible for establishing and maintaining control account baselines including budget, schedule, and technical scope Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and support proposal activities as required Track and analyze key performance metrics; perform cost, schedule, and technical variance analyses Provide timely and transparent communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive timely execution and effective resource allocation Participate in project reviews and internal/external audits to ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires an active U.

S.
